Last updated: March 2026

Who we are

StagHill Software Ltd (Company Number 16878671) is registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of our website at staghillsoftware.co.uk and any services we provide.

Using this website

This website is provided for information about our services and to allow you to request a free digital audit. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

Free digital audit

Our free digital audit is provided as a goodwill service with no obligation. The audit report is based on publicly available information and limited testing at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of completeness and should not be treated as professional legal, security, or compliance advice.

We reserve the right to decline or limit audit requests at our discretion.

Paid services

If you choose to hire StagHill for paid work, a separate agreement will be provided outlining the scope, timeline, and fixed price before any work begins. No paid work starts without a written agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, design, code, and graphics — belongs to StagHill Software Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.

For paid client work, intellectual property ownership is defined in each project agreement. Our standard terms transfer full ownership of delivered code to the client upon final payment.

Limitation of liability

This website and any free audit reports are provided "as is" without warranty. StagHill Software Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on audit findings.

For paid services, liability is limited to the value of the project agreement.

Third-party links

This website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
