- Contact form: Your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) - Analytics (if you consent): Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics — pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location (country/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected.

How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions: Deleted after 12 months
- Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months, then automatically deletes it
- Cookie preferences: Stored for 1 year, then the banner reappears
Where your data is stored
Contact form data is stored in Google Firestore (EU/UK data centres). Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. Both are Google services and may process data outside the UK, but Google operates under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and appropriate safeguards as required by UK GDPR for international transfers.
Third parties
- Google Analytics — anonymous site usage (only with your consent)
- Google Firebase — hosting and contact form storage
- SendGrid — delivers contact form notification emails to us
We do not use any other third-party services that process your data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Withdraw cookie consent at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer
