1. Who We Are

We are StagHill Software Ltd ("We", "Us").
For the purpose of the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR, we are the Data Controller.

2. What Data We Collect & Why

A. Account Information

What: Name, Email, Phone Number, Company Name.

Why: To create your account and bill you.

B. Driver GPS Data

What: Latitude/Longitude location from the Driver App.

Why: To show the dispatcher where the truck is.

Protection: We delete raw GPS data automatically after 90 days.

C. Shipment Data

What: Addresses, goods descriptions, EORI numbers.

Why: To generate your customs paperwork (GMR, Commercial Invoices).

3. Who Else Sees Your Data?

We do NOT sell your data. Ever. We only share it with the infrastructure providers needed to run the app:

Google Cloud (Firebase): To host the database and secure your files.
Stripe: To process payments. We never see your credit card number (Stripe handles it entirely).
HMRC (Gov.uk): Only when YOU explicitly click "Submit GMR". We send the data you entered to HMRC to get your crossing barcode.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under UK law, you have the right to:

Ask what data we have (Subject Access Request).
Ask us to delete it (Right to be Forgotten).
Ask us to correct it if it's wrong.
Export it to take somewhere else.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. That's it. We don't use tracking pixels from Facebook or ad networks to follow you around the internet.
